The use of the Digital Extras requires the permanent acceptance of the Terms of Use for Digital Extras and the Mercedes me ID Service Terms in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and – if applicable – the activation of the Digital Extras. Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point. Navigation with Electric Intelligence.
You need the greatest possible planning certainty for journeys with your electric van. Navigation with Electric Intelligence helps with this: it calculates the optimum route, taking into account factors such as state of charge, traffic conditions and the weather. In addition, necessary charging stops are factored directly into the route calculation. You can see straight away how long the estimated journey time is, including charging stops, and can pass on your arrival time transparently to the customer. To make it easier to manage costs, the estimated charging costs are also calculated and displayed in advance, provided this data is available for the charging station in question.

Programming of Charging Settings and Pre-Entry Climate Control
For simplified deployment planning: programme a departure time, the desired state of charge and the interior temperature for your electric van in the Mercedes-Benz App. This Digital Extra automatically ensures that your vehicle is charged and air-conditioned at the appropriate time. This means you can simply charge your van overnight – and your drivers can start their working day immediately at departure time.
Display of Charging Stations
Make it easier for your drivers to find charging stations along the way. This Digital Extra shows in the MBUX multimedia system and in the Mercedes-Benz App where charging stations are located in the vicinity or at the destination. Depending on the availability of the data, you can also see whether the charging station is free, which plug types are available and which provider it belongs to.
