The use of the Digital Extras requires the permanent acceptance of the Terms of Use for Digital Extras and the Mercedes me ID Service Terms in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and – if applicable – the activation of the Digital Extras. Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point. In addition, for the use of some Digital Extras there may be further usage requirements or limitations specifically separate customer-owned contracts with third parties (e. g., streaming, charging, conclusion of a data contract covering comfort data volume), selected third-party products (e.g. smartphone, smartwatch) or they are only available for specific customer groups. Alternatively to comfort data volume, depending on the generation of your multimedia system, data volume must be available via Internet in the car or, where possible, your own data volume will need to be used via tethering. Information on personal data processed for the use of Digital Extras may be found in the Digital Extra privacy policy.
The connection of the communication module to the mobile network, including the emergency call system, depends on the respective network coverage and availability of the network providers.
Please note that the scopes can differ depending on model series, year of manufacture, equipment and whether the customer account is a private or a business account.
Programming of Charging Settings and Pre-Entry Climate Control Use the Mercedes-Benz App to set a departure time for your vehicle at which it should be ready with a specific state of charge and air-conditioned to your requirements. The charging process and climate control start fully automatically at the right time – and your vehicles can get going immediately when the time comes. (Available free of charge for our electric vans)
Remote Door Locking and Unlocking This Digital Extra is particularly practical for vehicles that are used by several people. Simply open the vehicle doors, including the rear-end doors, via the Mercedes-Benz App to enable tools or materials to be unloaded, for example. It is just as easy to lock the doors again using the app.
Navigation for Trailers and Oversized Vehicles This Digital Extra takes the length, width, height and gross vehicle weight rating of your vehicle and trailer, if applicable, into account when planning the route by entering them in the Mercedes-Benz App. This avoids passages that are too narrow, bridges that are too low or routes where traffic bans are in place – and your vehicles reach their destinations without any unplanned detours.
Navigation with Electric Intelligence Intelligent navigation for electric vehicles: if one or more charging stops are necessary on the way to the destination, this Digital Extra[e] plans them directly when calculating the journey distance and duration. This allows you to predict exactly how long your vehicles will be on the road, including charging time. (Available free of charge when purchasing the vehicle)

Unlock the full potential of your van now with the Digital Extras. Only a few steps are required.
1. Create Mercedes me ID
To be able to create a company profile for your company, you must register once as a company admin here on the local Mercedes-Benz website or in the Mercedes-Benz App – you will then receive your personal Mercedes me ID to log in to your Mercedes-Benz Account. If you already have your own Mercedes me ID, you can skip this step.
2. Create company profile
With your personal Mercedes me ID, you can now create a company profile here on the local Mercedes-Benz website in the logged-in area of your Mercedes-Benz Account. Please note that you must be authorised to create an account for your company.
3. Add vehicles, Digital Extras and further users
Once you have created your company profile, you can link your vehicle(s) here on the local Mercedes-Benz website in the logged-in area of your Mercedes-Benz Account and activate the Digital Extras of your choice.
What’s more, you also have the possibility to add new users as drivers. These users receive an invitation by e-mail and also need a personal Mercedes me ID to use the company profile.
4. Install and launch Mercedes-Benz App
As soon as you have successfully registered and been entered as a user in your company profile, you can log in to the Mercedes-Benz App with your personal Mercedes me ID, assign yourself to a vehicle and use the Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras.
